Weibull分布中BP参数优化的刮板输送机可靠性寿命预测分析

BP Parameter Optimization Algorithm in Weibull Distribution of Reliability Life Prediction Analysis for Scraper Conveyor

摘要: 刮板输送机作为采煤工作面一种主要的机电设备,其可靠性运行对安全生产有重要的意义。传统的Weibull分布模型在刮板输送机可靠性寿命分析中,应用一般的线性方法估计可靠性寿命参数,由于故障数据的非线性特征,预测结果误差较大。针对此问题提出了采用非线性神经网络BP算法来优化模型参数,进行可靠性寿命预测。研究结果表明,应用BP算法优化后的参数得到的可靠性寿命与实际给定的设备寿命指标误差较小,提高了刮板输送机可靠性寿命预测的准确性。

Abstract: Abstract: Scraper conveyor is one of main electrical and mechanical equipment in the mining face, and its reliability has an important significance to production safety. In scraper conveyor reliability life analysis, the linear parameter method is often used to estimate life in traditional Weibull distribution model. But the error of prediction results is larger due to the nonlinear characteristics of fault data. In this paper, a nonlinear BP parameter algorithm is proposed to optimize the model parameters for the scraper conveyor reliability life prediction. Research results show that the BP parameter optimization algorithm has small life prediction error, and raises the accuracy of the scraper conveyor reliability life prediction.
